We use Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool, to understand how our website is used. Umami stores no cookies on your device, does not track you across websites and shares no personal data with third parties — the data remains on our own server, so it does not require your consent. With your consent we may additionally use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising; these tools may set cookies and process data outside the EU, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. email and hosting providers) under appropriate safeguards.
5. Data retention
We keep contact enquiries only as long as necessary to handle your request and for legitimate business records, then delete them.

8. Lumetri Connect and Meta Platform Data
Lumetri Connect is our application for authorised clients who connect an Instagram professional account through Meta's official authorisation process. Depending on the features you approve, we process account identifiers, profile and media data, metrics and insights, publishing requests and status, and comments or messages when those optional features are enabled. We also store OAuth access tokens, granted permissions, expiry data and technical security logs.
We use this data only to display connected accounts and content, provide reporting, execute client-approved publishing, provide community and inbox features when enabled, and maintain a secure connection. Relevant permissions may include instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_insights, instagram_business_content_publish and, only when needed, instagram_business_manage_comments or instagram_business_manage_messages. Additional Page or advertising permissions are requested only for separately enabled features.
Our legal bases are performance of our service agreement, your consent where required, and our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation. We do not sell Platform Data, act as a data broker or use it for unrelated profiling.
Authorisation data is retained while the connection remains active. You can revoke access in your Meta/Instagram settings and request deletion.
