1. Revoke platform access
Remove Lumetri Connect from the connected apps and business integrations in your Meta or Instagram settings. This stops future API access but may not remove data already stored by Lumetri Connect.
2. Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject Lumetri Connect Data Deletion.
Include:
- Your name and business email address.
- Your company or Lumetri workspace name.
- The connected Instagram username.
Never send us your Instagram password, Meta password or an access token.
3. What happens next
We verify the requester to protect the account. Once verified, we remove active access tokens, the account-to-workspace connection, webhook subscriptions, cached profile, media, insights, comments and messages, and queued processing jobs under our control. Records we must retain by law are separated and restricted; limited backups expire through their normal retention cycle.
We acknowledge and process verified requests without undue delay and generally within one month, then send confirmation by email.
