A desktop app that catalogues every external drive and lets you search files while the drive is unplugged. Four signed builds shipped through our own update feed, with authentication, a database with row-level security and the full payment chain wired up.
Articles are generated in German and English, get an image, then pass deterministic gates before anything goes live: minimum length, a required cover image, and a blocklist of discontinued platforms. A human can approve or reject from a phone.

A Next.js dashboard with around 160 API routes that pulls mail, CRM, social, finances and agent runs into one screen. Built and used daily by the founder.
Open-source agent framework by Nous Research, self-hosted on our own hardware: scheduled jobs, a kanban of agent tasks and messenger access, all supervised.
Cookieless web analytics on our own subdomain. No consent banner needed for it, no data shared with ad networks, and the numbers stay with us.
Transcription with Whisper and smaller models via Ollama run locally. Raw client footage and drafts do not have to leave the building for those steps.
Our reviewed Meta app: clients authorise once through Meta's official flow, we get only the permissions they approved. Product page and data-deletion flow are public.

We do not promise blanket GDPR compliance. We show you the data flows, name every vendor and let you or your data protection officer judge them.
Umami runs on our subdomain. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only after explicit consent, and you can revoke it at any time.
Transcription and smaller model tasks run on our own hardware. We tell you exactly which model sees which data and what never leaves the machine.
On request we host in Germany (Hetzner) or on hardware you own, with a written list of every processor and data flow.
