We build the AI systemsothers only have in a deck.
Custom software, servers you actually control, and AI automation that ships work instead of demos. Built, deployed and owned by one senior partner, with AI agents as capacity instead of a junior layer.

What we build with
Models we orchestrate, infrastructure we run
No single-vendor bet. Every model, tool and service here is in our own operation or has been run through real projects. Each has a job, each server an owner, and every key lives in a password manager instead of the code.

What we do
Six things we can prove
Each of these exists as running code, a signed build, a configured server or a written audit. Where something is a prototype, we say so.
Custom software & apps
We build the software that does not exist yet for your problem, as a finished product with accounts, an update channel and billing, not as a demo.
macOS, iOS and web apps: Electron, SwiftUI, Next.js, React Native
The full product chain: auth, database with row-level security, binary delivery, payments
Signed builds with our own auto-update feed instead of manual downloads
Automated tests and documented limits before every launch
AI automation with an approval gate
Recurring work runs by itself, but nothing goes out before deterministic checks pass and a human says yes.
Content, research and reporting pipelines instead of copy-paste routines
Human-in-the-loop approval straight from your phone, with a reject path
Hard quality gates before publishing, not just an AI opinion
Deliberate model fallback chains instead of depending on one vendor
Servers, self-hosting & IT hardening
We run your systems where you control them: set up, hardened, monitored, and audited in a document you can hold.
Server setup and configuration: Docker, reverse proxy, SSL, remote access
Security audit delivered as a written report, not a verbal recommendation
Watchdog and monitoring scripts plus daily backups
Self-hosted replacements for SaaS when data ownership or cost justify it
Dashboards & customer data systems
One cockpit that shows exactly your numbers and catches your leads where they appear, instead of five tools nobody opens.
Tailored dashboards with login, sessions and rate limiting
Lead pipelines with a multi-stage fallback chain so no enquiry is lost
Automatic sync with Meta, Instagram and webhook sources
CRM migration to a plan: field-by-field mapping, old system stays readable
AI enablement for your team
After the training your team actually works with AI, with their own access, their own rules and a handbook written from real mistakes.
Workshops on site or remote, in English or German, bookable in AT, DE, CH and CY
Setting up access and API keys, including safe storage
A modular starter system so non-technical staff can build their own assistant
Operating handbook: model choice, orchestration, security rules, error database
AI governance & EU AI Act
You use AI and can show at any time which system does what, who is responsible, and where output is labelled.
AI register: every system in use with purpose, role and obligations
Provider and deployer roles clarified, including your client constellation
Labelling built into the render pipeline instead of a manual step
A ready contract clause for AI labelling in your own client offers
Proof
Three systems you can check yourself
We would rather show our own products than name clients without their permission.
Platter — our own macOS product
A desktop app that catalogues every external drive and lets you search files while the drive is unplugged. Four signed builds shipped through our own update feed, with authentication, a database with row-level security and the full payment chain wired up.
Own product · free beta · not in the App Store
This website's blog automation
Articles are generated in German and English, get an image, then pass deterministic gates before anything goes live: minimum length, a required cover image, and a blocklist of discontinued platforms. A human can approve or reject from a phone.
Runs on this site · you are reading the result
Our AI register & EU AI Act practice
Nine AI systems documented with purpose, provider or deployer role and the resulting obligations, plus a written rule set with deadlines and a ready-to-use labelling clause for client contracts. Every AI-assisted video export is additionally rendered as an explicitly labelled variant.
Our own governance practice · not legal advice
Our own systems
Built for ourselves first, then offered to you
Everything here runs in our own operation today. That is why we can quote it with a fixed price instead of a discovery phase.
Dashboard · internal
Lumen, our operations cockpit
A Next.js dashboard with around 160 API routes that pulls mail, CRM, social, finances and agent runs into one screen. Built and used daily by the founder.
Open source · self-hosted
Hermes Agent gateway
Open-source agent framework by Nous Research, self-hosted on our own hardware: scheduled jobs, a kanban of agent tasks and messenger access, all supervised.
Self-hosted · cookieless
Umami analytics on our own subdomain
Cookieless web analytics on our own subdomain. No consent banner needed for it, no data shared with ad networks, and the numbers stay with us.
On-device · no cloud
Local AI on our own machines
Transcription with Whisper and smaller models via Ollama run locally. Raw client footage and drafts do not have to leave the building for those steps.
Meta app · reviewed
Lumetri Connect for Instagram accounts
Our reviewed Meta app: clients authorise once through Meta's official flow, we get only the permissions they approved. Product page and data-deletion flow are public.
Docker, reverse proxy, automatic SSL and Tailscale remote access, with Coolify when you want git-push deployments. Documented so you can hand it to anyone later.
Brands we already work with
Data protection
Privacy is architecture here, not a paragraph in the contract
We do not promise blanket GDPR compliance. We show you the data flows, name every vendor and let you or your data protection officer judge them.
Cookieless analytics, own server
Umami runs on our subdomain. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only after explicit consent, and you can revoke it at any time.
Local processing where it matters
Transcription and smaller model tasks run on our own hardware. We tell you exactly which model sees which data and what never leaves the machine.
EU hosting or your own server
On request we host in Germany (Hetzner) or on hardware you own, with a written list of every processor and data flow.
AI register and key hygiene
Every AI system is documented with purpose, role and vendor under the EU AI Act. API keys live in a password manager, never in code or repositories.
Apps for creatives
Tools we built because we needed them
Made for our own studio work, now being polished for release. Everything here is free — Platter is the only paid one.

How it runs
From first call to a system that runs
No discovery theatre. We scope it, quote it, build it, hand it over with documentation.
01
Scoping call
45 minutes on the actual problem. You leave with an honest answer on whether software is even the right fix.
02
Fixed quote
A written scope with a fixed price, a delivery date and an explicit list of what is not included.
03
Build with checkpoints
You see working software early and often, not a status report. Changes are decided while they are still cheap.
04
Handover that lasts
Documentation, access, and the limits of the system in writing. You can hand it to anyone else afterwards.
You work directly with the person who builds it
Lumetri is deliberately small. Pascal Bolinger scopes, builds, deploys and stays responsible for the result. There is no junior layer, no account manager in between and no handover to somebody who was not in the first call. Capacity comes from AI agents that are supervised, not from a bench of people you never meet.

Check it yourself
Public systems, product pages and the primary sources we work with. External links open in a new tab.
We build. Everything on this page exists as running code, a signed build or a configured server. Consulting only happens when building would be the wrong answer, and we will tell you that.
What does it cost?
You get a fixed quote before you commit, based on a written scope. No hourly open end, no surprise change requests for things we should have foreseen.
Can we host everything ourselves?
Yes, and often you should. We set up servers you own and control, with the trade-offs written down so you can decide with open eyes.
Is our data safe with AI?
We can tell you exactly which model sees what, where keys are stored and what stays local. We do not promise blanket compliance, we show you the architecture and you judge it.
What if we already have systems?
Usually better. We map what exists, keep the old system readable during a migration, and only replace what actually costs you time or money.
Bring us the problem you were told is not solvable
One call, no obligation. If we cannot help, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
